Abstract
This paper established an evaluation index system and used the entropy method, geographic information system(GIS)spatial analysis, and urban resilience evaluation models to comprehensively calculate the urban resilience levels of the living environment in 34 prefecture-level cities and 1 autonomous region in Northeast China from 2012 to 2022.The study revealed the spatial pattern characteristics and evolution trends. The results are as follows.① Over time, the urban resilience of the living environment in Northeast China has experienced five phases:rapid increase, sharp decline, relative stability, rapid recovery, and another decline.② Spatially, the central and southwestern regions have higher resilience, while the northern regions have lower resilience. There is significant spatial differentiation, with provincial levels showing the order of resilience:Liaoning>Jilin>Heilongjiang.③ The trends in resilience dimensions are as follows:adaptability fluctuated and increased, resistance gradually decreased, and recovery steadily improved.Due to the impact of the 2020 pandemic, all resil-ience indices showed a decline, weakening the urban ability to withstand risks and respond to external shocks. At the provin-cial level, the adaptability ranking is Liaoning>Heilongjiang>Jilin, while resistance and recovery capacity rankings are Lia-oning>Jilin>Heilongjiang.关键词
