摘要

Abstract

Due to the extensive distribution,rapidly changing dumping sites,and irregular accumulation of construction waste,traditional monitoring methods relying on manual field inspections are labor-intensive and inefficient.With rapid advancements in earth observation technologies such as satellite remote sensing and UAV-based multi-angle oblique photogrammetry,new technical solutions for precise construction waste management have emerged.However,construction waste is easily confused with buildings and bare soil in terms of spectral characteristics,and the diversity and complexity of its texture and geometric recoguition features pose great challenges to the information extraction and change detection of waste.By integrating satellite platforms,UAV remote sensing platforms,and ground mobile measurement systems through multi-source remote sensing,UAV photogrammetry,terrestrial laser scanning,and Internet of Things collaborative monitoring,an air-ground integrated intelligent remote sensing monitoring framework is established.Implemented in Pingdingshan city(Henan province)and Jining city(Shandong province),this system addresses the limitations of traditional single-method approaches in identifying illegal dumping and rapidly acquiring dynamic spatial distribution,types,area,and volumetric data.Our approach provides crucial references for city management departments in achieving precise full-process supervision and disposal of construction waste.
