Abstract
The"23·7"catastrophic flood in the Haihe River Basin caused heavy losses to some water supply facilities in Beijing.To improve the flood control and waterlogging prevention capacity of water supply facilities in Beijing,218 water supply plants and stations were investigated on-site,and the flood control and waterlogging prevention risk factors of these facilities were summarized and analyzed.The results showed that the problem of weak emergency management capability was widespread among the plants and stations because nearly 50%plants had loopholes in waterproofing,drainage,and daily management,moreover,approximately 15%plants had issues such as inappropriate site selection and insufficient flood control and waterlogging prevention measures.Combined with the analysis of the causes of disaster losses,countermeasures for flood and waterlogging risk prevention and control of water supply plants and stations should be put forward through combining engineering and management measures.The research results can provide support for the systematic improvement of flood control and waterlogging prevention capacity of subsequent water supply plants and stations,and also offer references for the formulation of relevant industry standards.关键词
