Abstract

In order to obtain rainfall infiltration coefficients similar to the reality,this study utilized historical research achievements based on the interpretation results of current land utilization types,including surface lithology zoning in the plain area,rainfall infiltration tests of different lithologies,and rainfall infiltration rates of different underlying surfaces.Corresponding adjustment coefficients were determined by integrating conventional construction indicators of different land use types.Finally,through ArcGIS software,the adjustment coefficients of different land use types and the rainfall infiltration coefficients from tests of different lithologies were integrated and superimposed,and a grid map of rainfall infiltration coefficients was obtained.Moreover,a zoning map of rainfall infiltration coefficients in the plain area of Beijing was generalized.The rainfall infiltration coefficient in the central urban area was adjusted to 0.10-0.15,and that in other concentrated construction areas was adjusted to 0.15-0.25.The adjusted rainfall infiltration coefficients will provide a more solid foundation for the evaluation of groundwater resources.
