络风宁2号方对心力衰竭合并利尿剂抵抗患者血流动力学参数的影响
Effect of Luofengning No.2 on hemodynamic parameters in patients with chronic heart failure combined with diuretic resistance

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Luofengning No.2 on noninvasive hemodynamic parameters in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and diuretic resistance.Methods Seventy patients with CHF and diuretic resistance admitted to Shunyi Hospital of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to a random number table,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received conventional Western medical treatment,while the treatment group received Luofengning No.2 granules in addition to conventional treatment,with 2 weeks as one treatment course.Hemodynamic parameters,including heart rate(HR),cardiac output(CO),systolic blood pressure(SBP),cardiac index(CI),stroke volume(SV),stroke index(SI),velocity index(VI),acceleration index(ACI),pre-ejection period(PEP),and systolic time ratio(STR),were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,compared with control group,HR,PEP,STR in experimental group significantly decreased(P<0.05),CO,CI,SV and SI were significantly improved(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the SBP,VI and ACI between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Luofengning No.2 can significantly improve hemodynamic parameters in patients with CHF and diuretic resistance,with superior effects compared to conventional Western treatment alone.关键词
