摘要

Abstract

Halide perovskite,with its broad-spectrum absorption and efficient photogenerated charge characteristics,has drawn widespread attention duo to its potential application in the field of photocatalysis.In this work,TiO2 was introduced as an electron transport layer to enhance the charge separation and transmission efficiency of halide perovskite.By using the cooling-saturated solution method,a uniformly distributed and highly efficient MAPbI3/TiO2 composite photocatalyst was successfully prepared.In the process of visible-light photocatalytic CO2 reduction,this composite demonstrated superior performance,with efficiency significantly increasing to 21 times that of MAPbI3,reaching 223.20 μmol·g-1·h-1,and the reduction products were H2 and CH4.Furthermore,the use of ultrasonic external field and perovskite piezoelectric effect could further enhance the photocatalytic CO2 reduction activity of the MAPbI3/TiO2 composite heterojunction and effectively alleviate its attenuation phenomenon.This work provides a new technical approach and perspective for the application of halide perovskite in the field of photocatalysis.
