摘要

Abstract

This study focuses on the curing deformation characteristics of composite cap-shaped stringer-stiffened panels,establishing a coupled thermal-chemical and stress-strain analysis model to simulate the interplay among temperature,degree of cure,stress,and strain.The ABAQUS software and its subroutines were utilized to simulate the cap-shaped stringer-stiffened panel model,examining the impact of factors such as stringer distribution density,ply sequence,and the proportion of 0° plies on the curing deformation.The results indicate that stringer distribution density significantly affects curing deformation.With a fixed combination of ply angles,alterations in ply sequence have a minor influence on curing deformation,whereas the proportion of 0° plies has a notable impact,with approximately 50%being potentially optimal.This research provides a theoretical basis and reference for the structural design and control of curing deformation in composite cap-shaped stringer-stiffened panels.
