工业微波辐照混凝土表层开裂的相场分析方法
Fracture of Concrete Surface under Industrial Microwave Radiation by Phase Field Method
摘要
Abstract
This research mainly focuses on the damage effects of open microwave heating on concrete,employing a random multi-phase material model and phase-field method for simulation analysis.By adjusting the microwave frequency,power,and heating time,the paper explores their impacts on the initiation and propagation of internal cracks in concrete.The results indicate that under the action of single-mode microwaves,cracks primarily originate at the aggregate interface and propagate horizontally.An increase in heating time leads to an increase in internal temperature,as well as the number,length,and depth of cracks.A higher microwave frequency results in a greater crack density and longer crack lengths.The initiation of cracks is influenced by the elastic modulus,while the propagation of cracks is jointly regulated by the elastic strain energy density and the direction of the first principal stress.关键词
