Research on fiscal policies to promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the development of integration of digital economy and the real economy in China has achieved remarkable effect,which is closely related to the support of fiscal policy.However,it is found that there are still many deficiencies in the fiscal support policy.The current fiscal policy system is not specialized and precise enough,and a fiscal policy system adapted for the era of digital civilization has not yet been formed.It is necessary to perfect the fiscal policy framework system from the three levels of"macro-meso-micro".At the macro level,it is necessary to actively explore and construct the financial theory system in the era of digital civilization,and bring the fiscal policy into the framework of perfecting the system of promoting the deep integration of real economy and digital economy.At the medium level,efforts should be made to construct a policy framework of"fiscal revenue+fiscal expenditure+transfer payment"to improve the accuracy of policies.At the micro level,it is necessary to further refine and optimize specific items,put down financial decision-making units according to local conditions,and promote the integration of digital economy and the real economy as a whole in combination with promoting large-scale equipment renewals and issuing ultra-long-term treasury bonds.关键词
