住宅小区下沉庭院广场设计研究
Research on the Design for the Sunken Courtyard in Residential Community
摘要
Abstract
Based on the case practice of two residential communities in Wuhu,this paper traces the historical evolution of sunken courtyards,summarizes their spatial value and application principles,and elaborates on the design techniques such as site selection principles,scale,boundary height difference treatment methods,and space utilization goals of sunken courtyards,and compares the advantages and scope of application of sunken courtyards from a cost perspective.By implanting sunken courtyards into residential communities,they become the central venue for community activities,enriching the landscape level of the community,meeting the physiological and psychological needs of residents,and enhancing the sense of belonging and interaction in the community,making it a charming demand for residential communities.关键词
