Abstract
The selection and cultivation of flower border plants is an important development direction of flower border design.Under the climatic conditions of Wuhan area,200 varieties of flower border plants from garden landscape engineering were selected for cultivation in three common application scenarios,namely home environment,greenhouse environment and street front environment,and their key cultivation technologies were introduced.The growth of flower border plants was observed within two years,and 32 kinds of flower border plants were selected according to the evaluation criteria such as scene adaptability,ornamental effect and maintenance cost.The research on the selection and cultivation of flower border plants can provide some references and basis for the application and promotion of flower border and landscape design in Wuhan area.关键词
