摘要
Abstract
This paper takes the prefabricated box girder installation project of the traffic bridge under the dam in Yuanqu County as the research object,and designs a special construction plan in response to problems such as large single-piece lifting weight and complex construction environment.Based on the systematic analysis of key technologies such as crane selection,hoisting process and safety control,a method combining double-crane lifting and three-crane relay for the hoisting of box girders is proposed.In this pa per,the applicability of the SAC4500 crane and the safety of the bearing capacity of the steel wire rope and the foundation were verified based on mechanical calculation,and a dynamic monitoring and safety quality control scheme was proposed.This research can provide referenceable experience for the construction and management of similar bridge projects.关键词
