摘要

Abstract

The wing wall of the water gate,as a structure for retaining soil and guiding water,plays a significant role in the stability of the gate chamber and the safety of the water gate.This article takes the construction of the North Bund Connection and compre hensive renovation and Upgrading project(Seagull Hotel Section)in Shanghai as the background and conducts a systematic analysis of the safety impact of the construction period of this project on the wing wall of the water gate at the mouth of the Suzhou River.The study adopted the plane method and the finite element method to calculate the force and deformation of the wing wall on the north bank of the water gate at the mouth of the Suzhou River.The calculation results show that the construction period of the project has a relatively small impact on the wing wall of the water gate at the mouth of the Suzhou River.The structural force and deforma tion are both within the allowable range of the code.This demonstration method has certain.
