动态参数Ki与非小细胞肺癌预后相关:基于18F-FDG PET/CT动态显像
Correlation between the dynamic parameter Ki and prognosis in non-small cell lung cancer:based on dynamic 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the differences and correlations in 18F-FDG PET/CT SUVmax and Ki among T staging,N staging,M staging and clinical staging groups in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 177 patients with pathologically confirmed solitary NSCLC who underwent dynamic 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging from May 2021 to April 2024 in our hospital.Patients were categorized according to the 8th edition of the lung cancer TNM staging system as follows:T staging groups(T1/2,n=107;T3/4,n=70),N staging groups(N0/1,n=78;N2/3,n=99),M staging groups(M0,n=104;M1,n=73),and clinical staging groups(Stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ,n=55;Stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ,n=122).SUVmax was obtained from conventional static data,and Ki was obtained by applying the irreversible two-tissue compartment model using in-house Matlab software.The differences and correlations in SUVmax and Ki were analyzed among different T staging,N staging,M staging and clinical staging groups.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results Significantly higher SUVmax and Ki were observed in the T3/4 group compared to the T1/2 group(P=0.001).Similarly,the N2/3 group exhibited significantly higher SUVmax and Ki values than the N0/1 group(P=0.001).Ⅲ/Ⅳ group demonstrated significantly higher SUVmax and Ki compared to Ⅰ/Ⅱ group(P=0.001).However,no statistically significant differences were found in SUVmax(P=0.056)or Ki(P=0.052)between the M1 and M0 groups.Significant positive correlations were identified between both SUVmax and Ki and T staging,N staging,as well as clinical staging(P=0.001).Conclusion The differences and correlations in SUVmax and Ki were observed among T staging,N staging and clinical staging groups,indicating potential of SUVmax and Ki in prognostic value.关键词
