柔性铰链驱动的快速刀具伺服结构设计与分析
Design and analysis of a flexible hinge-driven fast tool servo structure
摘要
Abstract
To meet the machining requirements of optical freeform components,a structural design method is proposed for a fast tool servo system driven by flexible hinges.A static stiffness model of the fast tool servo mechanism is established to systematically investigate the effects of variations in flexible hinge thickness and radius on the overall stiffness of the tool post.To validate the accuracy of the theo-retical analysis,the analysis of stiffness,modal,harmonic response and fatigue are conducted on the designed structure by using ANSYS finite element software.The obtained results are consistent with the theoretical predictions,which demonstrates that the structural design meets the requirements of high-precision manufacturing in terms of dynamic performance,stability,and durability.关键词
