金属橡胶波纹夹芯板结构的动力学特性分析
Dynamic characteristics analysis of metal rubber corrugated sandwich panel structure
摘要
Abstract
This study systematically investigates the dynamic mechanical properties of metal rubber corrugated sandwich panels under varying loads,frequencies,and densities.A composite sandwich structure,consisting of metal rubber and corrugated metal plates,is fabricated to explore its mechani-cal response under different excitation conditions.A corresponding dynamic model is developed to describe the behavior of system.The results reveal that energy dissipation in the sandwich panel is primarily attributed to the elastic deformation of the corrugated layer and dry friction between the metal filaments within the metal rubber.As the excitation frequency increases,energy dissipation decreases,the maximum elastic potential energy stabilizes,and the loss factor decreases.In contrast,an increase in the applied load significantly enhances energy dissipation.The dynamic model shows a high degree of agreement with experimental data,validating its accuracy.Additionally,the fitting coefficients exhibit distinct trends under varying excitation conditions,highlighting the adaptability of model.关键词
