旅客列车车次资源分配优化研究
Optimization of passenger train number resource allocation

Abstract
As an intuitive reflection of the multi-dimensional characteristics of passenger trains,train numbers assist railway transport enterprises in identifying train information,status tracking and management through naming conventions.It also distinguishes categories of passenger transport products and facilitates passengers'selection of train services that satisfy their travel demands.To address the current lack of systematic management of train number resources in China's railway system,which led to subjective scheduling practices,low efficiency,and resource imbalances,this study analyzed international train number resource allocation patterns while examining China's current status and challenges.By sorting out the characteristics of railway train number resource allocation of other countries abroad,combined with the status and problems of China,the process of train number resource allocation and relevant elements were defined.By taking the differentiation of train number resource in different dimensions and the maximum aggregation of train number resource in the same dimension as the goal,the constraints,such as the basic category of train number resource and the occupation conditions of train number resource group,were set,and an optimization model of train number resource allocation considering multi-dimensional attributes was constructed.A method for pre-dividing the area of the train number resource allocation plan and constructing alternative occupancy plans to address the issue for large decision variable sizes during model solving was designed by using the adjusted passenger transportation product pedigree and different forecast periods of train number resource demand to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The results show that the method has high efficiency in allocating for large-scale and multi-dimensional train number resources.The optimized allocation plan has reduced the average occupancy rate of the long-term train number resource system by 17.2%,and increased the average effective residual rate and discrimination by 36.3%and 34%as compared to the actual plan,respectively.In addition,the differences in attributes of different passenger transport products are reflected while the full utilization of train number resource is ensured in the optimized allocation plan.The proposed method provides a reference for establishing a theoretical research system of train number resources,also for achieving effective allocation of transportation resources and digital transformation of China railways.关键词
