Evaluation of Ecological Modernization of Nanping City Through Integrated Management of Mountains,Rivers,Forests,Farmlands,Lakes and Grasslands

Abstract
To promote the sustainable development of Nanping City and facilitate its establish-ment as a Pilot Demonstration Zone for the Modernization of Harmonious Coexistence between Hu-mans and Nature,an evaluation system comprising 25 indicators was developed,covering four cri-terion layers:environmental protection,industrial development,people's livelihood,and institu-tional mechanisms.The entropy weight method and TOPSIS method were used to evaluate and ana-lyze the modernization level of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.The results show that:(1)Indicator weights varied significantly,with the top three being the provincial ranking in environmental protection target responsibility assessments(12.770%),the rectification rate of eco-logical and environmental protection inspection issues(12.770%),and the completion rate of envi-ronmental complaint petitions within the specified time(12.770%).The lowest weighted indicator was the proportion of energy conservation and environmental protection expenditure to GDP(1.771%).(2)Among the criterion layers,institutional mechanisms(49.278%)had the highest weight,followed by industrial development(23.944%),environmental protection(14.281%),and people's livelihood(12.495%).(3)From 2018 to 2022,the comprehensive score for the mod-ernization of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature in Nanping City increased annual-ly,reaching 75 points in 2022,indicating a stage of progressive development.关键词
