GIS中SF6气体泄漏分布特性有限元仿真研究
Finite Element Simulation Research on SF6 Gas Leakage Distribution Characteristics in GIS
摘要
Abstract
For assessing the severity of equipment leakage based on infrared radiation detection technology,in this paper the gas leakage of GIS is simulated to study the relationship between related leakage parameters of the equip-ment and leakage gas distribution characteristics. In this paper, based on the k-ε turbulence mathematical model,a fi-nite element simulation model of the fluid field of SF6 gas leakage in GIS is established. The model is divided and solved by using the free tetrahedron method and the influence of the mesh division on the simulation result is studied so to determine the reasonable subdivision.Based on the established model, the distribution characteristics of the leaked gas under different volumes, wall thicknesses, leakage aperture, leakage positions and gas compartment pres-sure are studied. The results show that the simulation model can effectively reflect the integral concentration distri-bution of SF6 leakage gas in GIS and,at the same time, can also accurately reflect the influence of leakage aperture, leakage position and gas compartment pressure,in which, the maximum cross-sectional area of SF6 leakage gas and the distance under different leakage aperture tends to be an exponential function;the the maximum cross-sectional area of SF6 leakage gas and the distance of pressure of different gas compartments tends to be a linear function. The above-mentioned research can provide a reference for GIS leakage analysis based on the infrared imaging detection.关键词
