Abstract
With the increasingly severe global energy crisis and worsening environmental problem,the unsustainability of traditional fossil fuels has become increasingly prominent,and there is an urgent need to find alternative energy sources.As a renewable and environmentally friendly energy option,biofuels have received widespread attention.Microorganisms can convert organic matters into biofuels through their metabolic pathways,which have advantages such as high efficiency,low cost,and environmental friendliness.However,there are technical bottlenecks in the extraction and screening of microbial resources,and the optimization and application of metabolic pathways.Therefore,this article explores in depth the extraction and application of microorganisms in biofuel production,aiming to provide innovative ideas for improving the efficiency of biofuel production and reducing the costs of biofuel production.关键词
