随着全球能源危机日益加剧,传统化石能源使用的不可持续性问题已日渐凸显,亟须寻找替代能源.生物燃料作为可再生、环保的能源选择,受到了广泛关注.微生物能够通过其代谢途径将有机物转化为生物燃料,具有高效、低成本、环境友好等优点.然而,微生物资源的提取与筛选、代谢途径的优化及应用存在技术瓶颈.因此,文章就生物燃料生产中微生物的提取与应用展开探讨,以期为提升生物燃料生产效率、降低生物燃料生产成本提供创新思路.

With the increasingly severe global energy crisis and worsening environmental problem,the unsustainability of traditional fossil fuels has become increasingly prominent,and there is an urgent need to find alternative energy sources.As a renewable and environmentally friendly energy option,biofuels have received widespread attention.Microorganisms can convert organic matters into biofuels through their metabolic pathways,which have advantages such as high efficiency,low cost,and environmental friendliness.However,there are technical bottlenecks in the extraction and screening of microbial resources,and the optimization and application of metabolic pathways.Therefore,this article explores in depth the extraction and application of microorganisms in biofuel production,aiming to provide innovative ideas for improving the efficiency of biofuel production and reducing the costs of biofuel production.
