摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the GO/Fe3O4 magnetic nanocomposites was used as carriers to immobilize key enzymes for PE degradation to prepare a novel enzyme preparation.The optimal parameters for the preparation of magnetic carrier graphene oxide were as follows:reaction in an ice water bath for 2 hours,reaction in a 40℃water bath for 2 hours,reaction in a 98℃water bath for 5 minutes,and freeze-drying treatment.When the carrier was covalently crosslinked with PE degradation complex enzyme at a mass ratio of 99∶1,the enzyme immobilization rate reached 100%.After 5 days of degradation by cross-linking enzyme preparation,the PE degradation rate reached 4.5%.
