基于响应面法优化氨杞康口服液药渣提取物喷雾干燥制粉工艺的研究OA
Study on Optimization of Spray Drying Process for Powder Preparation of the Residue Extract of AnQiKangKouFuYe Based on Response Surface Methodology
文章以氨杞康口服液药渣为原料,基于响应面分析法,采用喷雾干燥法制备氨杞康口服液药渣提取物,并用该提取物制备复合氨基酸固体饮料.同时,分析物料密度、进风口温度、出风口温度、进料流量的变化情况对氨杞康口服液药渣提取物出粉率的影响规律.结果表明,喷雾干燥的最佳条件为:物料密度1.15 g/cm3,进风口温度 140℃,出风口温度94℃,进料流量 10 mL/min.
Using the residue of the AnQiKangKouFuYe as the raw material,the response surface methodology was applied to prepare the AnQiKangKouFuYe residue extract by spray drying,and then the extract was used to prepare a compound amino acid solid beverage.The study analyzed the impact of changes in material density,inlet temperature,outlet temperature,and feed flow rate on the powder yield of the AnQiKangKouFuYe residue extract.The results showed that the optimal conditions for spray drying were a material density of 1.15 g/cm3,an inlet temperature of 140℃,an outlet temperature of 94℃,and a feed flow rate of 10 mL/min.
