摘要

Abstract

Bacitracin is a polypeptide antibiotic synthesized by the non-ribosomal enzymatic system of Bacillus licheniformis or Bacillus subtilis.Because of its wide antibacterial spectrum,low absorption rate and good safety in livestock and poultry,bacitracin is widely used in the livestock and poultry breeding.The paper summarizes the molecular structure,bacteriostatic mechanism and synthesis mechanism of bacitracin,and discusses the research progresses of metabolic engineering transformation technology of bacitracin synthesis,aiming at providing valuable references for the fermentation production of bacitracin.
