Abstract
[Objective]As a major economic berry crop,the planting area and yield of blueberry are increasing yearly,presenting a great potential for industry development.This study aimed to ana-lyze the hotspots and cutting-edge trends in blueberry research in China,reveal the the core contents and deficiencies in current research,propose effective promotion paths based on the results with the goal of providing theoretical reference and data support for future technological innovation and sus-tainable development of the blueberry industry in China.[Method]Using the core journal database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)as the data source,relevant literature on blue-berry research in China was retrieved and screened.By applying bibliometric methods,visualization maps of institutional collaboration networks and keyword co-occurrence networks via VOSviewer,as well as keyword burst maps and time-zone maps were drawn via CiteSpace to conduct multi-di-mensional knowledge graph analysis.[Result]The blueberry research in China is primarily concen-trated in four areas:northeast China,the Bohai Rim,east China,and southwest China.From the keyword network visualization map of blueberry research,five research aspects were clearly identi-fied:functional component studies,processing technology innovation,germplasm and cultivation,storage and preservation,and physiology and mechanisms.The emergence of keywords such as"an-tioxidant capacity","blueberry preservation"and"non-destructive detection"in the figure also showed strong persistence,indicating that blueberry functional components and their extraction pro-cesses remained the core research aspects.Accordingly,promotion pathways were proposed across three dimensions—technology,industry,and dissemination—including the transformation of tech-nical indicators into product selling points,establishing industry-academia-research collaborative in-novation mechanisms,formulating regionally differentiated promotion strategies,and innovating knowledge dissemination forms.[Conclusion]As blueberry research in China has formed a clear knowledge structure system,and the promotion pathways were proposed from three dimensions,that is,technology,industry and communications,based on the results of knowledge mapping,in-cluding transforming technical indicators into product buying points,building industry-university-re-search collaborative innovation mechanism,formulating regional differentiated promotion strate-gies,and innovating knowledge dissemination forms.In the future,knowledge mapping can be lev-eraged to dynamically track the cutting-edge research,enabling blueberry research outcomes to em-power industrial quality and efficiency improvements,and achieving integration of the whole chain from technological breakthroughs to commercialization.关键词
