Research on Upgrading Strategy of Cassava Industry Based on Giant Arithmetic

Abstract
[Objective]In the global agricultural economic system,the development of cassava industry is closely tied to food security,energy supply,and farmer's income increase.At present,China's cassava industry faces challenges such as insufficient raw material production,a significant gap in processed products,and weak brand competitiveness in the market.This study utilized giant arithmetic to analyze the development trends of China's cassava industry,aiming to provide data support for its industrial upgrading.[Method]Cassava,sweet potato,potato,and yam were select-ed as root crop keywords,while dried cassava,cassava flour,cassava starch,and cassava syrup were used as core keywords of cassava industry,in order to systematically search for related associ-ated terms.Relying on the data from the intelligent platforms of TikTok and Toutiao provided by the giant arithmetic platform,information such as comprehensive keyword indices,correlation analy-sis,and user profiles were obtained to compile related keywords and Target Group Index(TGI)da-ta to systematically evaluate the development trends of cassava industry.[Result]The study showed that on the TikTok and Toutiao platforms,public attention toward cassava is increasing rapidly com-pared to other tuber crops.On the TikTok platform,in terms of cassava industry keywords,the scores followed the order of search score(253.6)>communication score(83.2)>content score(12.5),which indicated a strong user demand for cassava industry information,but lack of related videos and articles led to inadequate communication effects.On the Toutiao platform,the scores for cassava industry keywords followed the order of content score(48.5)>search score(28.2)>com-munication score(18.8),indicating that although there are many related articles on cassava indus-try,their dissemination is limited and user engagement remains low.Seen form keyword correla-tion,the Chinese cassava industry encompasses areas such as consumer goods,culinary field,in-dustrial raw materials,animal feed,regional specialties,and processing equipment and technolo-gy,highlighting cassava's vast application potential in food,industry,and feed sectors.Analysis of user group characteristics revealed that the 24～30 age group showed the highest TGI for the cassava industry keywords,reaching 963.05 on the TikTok platform and 1 479.30 on the Toutiao platform for the 5 selected cassava-related keywords,demonstrated a notable attention on cassava from this user group.Additionally,females showed a strong preference for cassava syrup,while males exhib-ited higher interest in dried cassava.[Conclusion]Research showed that the user interest in cassava on TikTok and Toutiao is on the rise,particularly for the younger users who exhibit a higher TGI.Data on the platforms indicate that cassava holds significant application potential in food,industry,and feed sectors.Therefore,it is essential to enhance the creation and dissemination of cassava-related contents on these 2 platforms,build strong cassava brands,and increase overall visibility.In addition,efforts should be made to strengthen the research and development of innovative technolo-gies such as cassava starch-based materials and the utilization of wastewater and waste by-products,in order to help the cassava industry overcome the development bottlenecks and achieve high-quality growth.关键词
