Abstract
In order to further improve the flood control and security capacity of the Tanghe River Basin and reduce the losses caused by floods on both sides of the Tanghe River,on the basis of comprehensively consideration of the flood patterns,the relationship between the upstream and downstream,the left and right banks,as well as the flood control demand of the national economy,and with a priority given to local construction while taking the overall system into account,the revetment engineering should be arranged along the existing riverbank line as much as possible.The principle of not changing the boundary conditions of the riverbed,not narrowing the width of the flood discharge section of the river,and minimizing the land occupation should be followed in the research and exploration of the.design scheme for the Tang-Bai River Regulation Project.关键词
