Abstract
In response to the material supply management challenges faced by large-scale photovoltaic projects in desert regions under stringent schedule constraints,this study takes a 1000 MW photovoltaic project in the Western Inner Mongolia desert as a case,systematically analyzes the characteristics and challenges of material supply management for such projects,identifies key issues in procurement,transportation,warehousing,allocation,replenishment,and returns,and constructs a multi-dimensional collaborative management and control mechanism.Through the innovative implementation of measures such as capacity matching between procurement lots and construction lots,kit-based delivery and intelligent scheduling,dynamic boundary disclosure,and intelligent monitoring of enclosed storage yards,supported by detailed planning and informatized management tools,the challenges of large-scale material supply management for desert photovoltaic projects were effectively resolved.This provides referential management practices for similar projects.关键词
