逆威布尔分布下一类多部件应力-强度模型的可靠度估计
Reliability estimation of a class of multi-component stress-strength models under inverse Weibull distribution

Abstract
Assuming that stress and strength are independent of each other and obey the inverse Weibull distribution,a multi-component stress-strength model in series system is constructed and its reliability is estimated.Firstly,the reliability of the model is derived and the maximum likelihood estimate of the reliability is obtained by using the maximum likelihood estimation method,and then the interval estimation is derived by using the Bootstrap method.Secondly,the non-information prior distribution is constructed by Jeffreys criterion,and the Tierney-Kadane approximation and MCMC method are used to provide Bayesian estimates of reliability.Finally,the results of maximum likelihood estimation,Tierney-Kadane approximation and MCMC method are compared by Monte-Carlo simulation under relative error and mean absolute error criteria.The results show that the MCMC method is superior to the Tierney-Kadane approximation method in most cases,and the maximum likelihood estimation method is the best.关键词
