抗菌型胶原纤维的湿法纺丝制备及性能研究
Preparation and properties of antibacterial collagen fiber by wet spinning

Abstract
In order to improve the mechanical properties and antibacterial ability of collagen fibers,the antibac-terial collagen fibers were prepared by wet spinning with bovine tendon collagen as raw material and tannic acid solution as an antibacterial finishing agent.The effects of different impregnation time on the mechanical proper-ties of collagen fibers were studied.The results showed that the mechanical properties of collagen fibers were significantly improved after dipping with tannic acid solution.The optimum dipping time was 10 minutes,and the breaking strength was 35.29%higher than that of the non-dipping collagen fibers.The analysis of fiber mor-phology showed that the micro-morphology of collagen fibers after impregnation was more compact and smooth.Thermal stability analysis and hydrophilic analysis showed that tannic acid impregnation could improve the thermal stability and wet stability of collagen fibers.The structure and properties of collagen fibers were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The results showed that tannic acid formed cross-linked structures by reacting with amino and carboxyl groups in collagen,which improved the crys-talline properties and structural stability of collagen fibers.The antibacterial experiment showed that the colla-gen fiber after impregnation had excellent antibacterial properties,and the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 100%.关键词
