乌桕叶天然染料的提取及其对改性棉织物的染色性能研究
Extraction of natural dyes from Sapium sebiferum leaves and dyeing properties on modified cotton fabrics

Abstract
With the increasing requirements of environmental protection,the environmental problems caused by synthetic dyes are becoming more and more prominent,and natural dyes have been widely studied as alterna-tives to synthetic ones.Took Sapium sebiferum leaves as the research object,and used the ethanol extraction method to compare the effects of different ethanol volume fractions,material-liquid ratios,temperatures,time and other conditions on the extraction efficiency;used(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl)trimethyl ammonium chlo-ride solution to modify cotton fabrics,and selected tannic acid and different metal salts as the mordant to dye the modified cotton fabrics with the direct,pre-mordant,homo-mordant and post-mordant methods,and evaluat-ed the dyeing performance of natural dye on modified cotton fabrics by using the Sapium sebiferum leaves.This research reveals that the best extraction process of Sapium sebiferum leaves natural dyes are as follows:materi-al-liquid ratio 1∶35,ethanol dosage 70%,extraction temperature 75℃,extraction time 90 minutes;the best dye-ing process of modified cotton fabrics are as follows:dyeing pH=10.5,dyeing temperature 85℃,dyeing time 45 minutes.From the results of the mordanting experiments,it was found that under the conditions of post-mor-danting dyeing,the modified cotton fabrics could generally obtain a higher color depth;the dry and wet rubbing fastness and soap washing fastness of the dyed cotton fabrics reached level 3 and above.关键词
