智慧养老服务高质量发展的组态效应研究
The Study on the Configuration Effect of High-Quality Development of Smart Elderly Care Services by QCA of 29 Provinces in China

Abstract
As a new form of elderly care services in the new era,the high-quality development of smart elderly care services is one of the important measures to implement the active aging strategy.Taking 29 provinces in China as the research object,the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA)is used to explore the conditional configuration that leads to the differentiated development quality of local smart elderly care services under the TOE framework.Research has found that:each element of technology,organization,and environment cannot be considered as necessary condition for the development of smart elderly care services alone;there are three driving paths for the high-quality development of smart elderly care serv-ices,namely the"organization-environment"leading type,the"organization"leading type and the"technology-environ-ment"leading type;by comparing the three conditional configurations,technological innovation ability and economic develop-ment level are crucial,and some elements can be replaced through equivalent substitution to improve the development quality of smart elderly care services in the way of"different paths to the same end".Based on this,local governments should opti-mize the combination of technology,organization and environmental elements according to the characteristics of their own re-source endowments,and promote the construction of a new scenario of technology-based,market-oriented and platform-based elderly care,so as to promote the high-quality development of smart elderly care services in China.关键词
