Abstract
Bipolar plates play a crucial role in the water and gas management of fuel cells.In this paper,a right-angle micro-structure flow channel structure is designed by optimizing and improving for the parallel flow field,and numerical simulations are performed by Fluent software for different right-angle microstructure height models.The parameters such as water distribution,reac-tant distribution,polarization curve,power density curve and pressure drop are analyzed by calculating different models to deter-mine the optimal structure.The simulation results show that the right-angle contraction 0.3 has better performance,and the current density is improved by 8.14%at 0.5 V operating condition and the water-gas distribution is improved compared to the parallel flow field.关键词
