Reflection and New Exploration on Several Theories of Private Economy:Starting from the Issuance and Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Private Economy

Abstract
The promulgation and implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Private Economy has settled the conceptual disputes of the private economy,but it has not ended people's thinking on important theoretical issues of the pri-vate economy.On the contrary,it provides a new foundation for deeper exploration.The practical importance of the private economy is increasing day by day,but the exploration of the objective inevitability of the private economy has quietly disappeared,and the theoreti-cal.The legitimacy of the private economy urgently needs to be resolved.The methodology of"precise characterization of private econ-omy"was first proposed,which further explores the specific role of the"shining light"of socialism with Chinese characteristics on state-owned economy and private economy,as well as the profound connotation that private economy is"one's own people,"based on the definition of private economy under the concept of the private economy promotion law;first proposed the concept of"new role of private economy"in the new era,emphasizing that the private economy is undertaking greater missions;the existence of the private e-conomy is a unity of long-term and temporary nature.The special qualitative positioning of the private economy with Chinese character-istics determines that it can only share the same fate as the"primary stage"and will not always coexist with socialism.关键词
