Accelerating the Development of New Quality Productivity:Theoretical Connotation and Practical Logic

Abstract
To promote high-quality development with new quality productive forces and promote the building of a socialist modernized country with high-quality development.Here,grasping the"bull's nose"of"accelerating the development of new quality productive forces"could enable China to always stand on the high ground of the times,walk at the forefront of the times,and lead the development of the times.Based on the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,and in accordance with the characteris-tics of the"new technology cluster"revolution,General Secretary Xi Jinping creatively proposed the major theories and tasks of accel-erating the development of new quality productive forces.In China,the new quality productive forces have formed and demonstrated a strong driving force and support for high-quality development in practice,which could be summarized as making a series of arrange-ments for the development of the digital economy,issuing an overall plan for the construction of digital China,designing a system to re-lease the value of data elements,and proposing new concepts for the construction of digital civilization.At present,the global ranking of the total digital economy,the index ranking of the global competitiveness of the digital economy,the overall ranking of the global da-ta resources,the ranking of the global national computing power index,the ranking of the global large model quantity,and the ranking of the global artificial intelligence index are all ranked first in the United States and second in China.China is at the forefront of develo-ping new quality productive forces in the world.During the 15th Five-Year Plan period,China will take"accelerating the development of new quality productive forces"as the main line,coordinate the construction of new quality infrastructure,break through key techno-logical bottlenecks in the core,build a digital intelligent economic ecosystem,build a unified data market across the country,promote the deep integration of digital and real development,promote the coordinated development of digital and green industries,and acceler-ate the construction of new production relations.This is an inevitable requirement to ensure that China always becomes a global leader in the trend of modern development.关键词
