Abstract
Strategic balance is a key tactics for achieving national security and military strategies.The use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to evaluate strategic balance capabilities can certainly enhance the scientific credi-bility of decision analysis.This study is based on the background of greater uncertainty brought about by"unprecedented changes in a century".Based on the analysis of the connotation of relevant concepts in strategic balance capacity evaluation,five perspective in-dicators for balance capacity evaluation are proposed.A"three-dimensional"strategic balance capacity evaluation method is de-signed to evaluate the composition,relationship,and development of balance capacity.It is hoped that this study can provide ideo-logical reference for research in the field of strategic decision-making.关键词
