大学生电子健康素养与自我效能感及健康自我管理行为的关系研究
The Study of Releationship of Electronic Health Literacy'Self Efficacy and Health Self Management Behavior in College Students

Abstract
Objective To explore the status quo of college students'self-efficacy,health self-management behavior and e-health literacy,and explore the relationship among them.Methods A total of 1 045 college students in Changzhi City were investigated by General Self-Efficacy Scale,e-Health Literacy Scale and Health Self-Management Behavior Questionnaire.Results There was a significant positive correlation between college students'self-efficacy,e-health literacy,and their health self-management behavior,and there was a positive correlation between e-health literacy and self-efficacy among college students.E-health literacy had a significant partial mediating effect between college students'self-efficacy and health self-management behaviors,and the mediating effect accounted for 56.8%of the total effect.Conclusion The self-efficacy and e-health literacy can predict the health self-management behavior of college students.The self-efficacy can not only directly affect the health self-management behavior of college students,but also indirectly affect the health self-management behavior through e-health literacy.关键词
