上海市老年人认知功能现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Cognitive Function Among the Elderly in Shanghai

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of cognitive function in elderly people in Shanghai communities and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A multi-stage sampling method was used to select 373 residents aged 65 and above from 4 streets in Shanghai for a questionnaire survey.Results Among the 373 residents surveyed,47 had cognitive impairment,of which 22 were diagnosed with cognitive disorders,and 25 had positive screening results for cognitive disorders.The overall cognitive dysfunction rate was 12.6%.Logistic regression analysis revealed that advanced age and residing in a nursing home were risk factors for cognitive function.Physical exercise emerged as a protective factor.Conclusion The positive rate of cognitive function screening among elderly people in Shanghai's communities is lower than the national level,but the number of elderly people in this city is huge.Elderly individuals,particularly those of advanced age and those residing in nursing homes,need special attention.On one hand,health education should be enhanced to promote proactive health awareness among the elderly.On the other hand,the construction of a care system for elderly individuals with cognitive impairment should be advanced to actively address the challenges of an aging society.关键词
