Paradigm Change,Application Scenarios and Paths of Digital Transformation of Aviation Logistics during the 15th Five-Year Period

Abstract
The digital transformation of aviation logistics is one of the important tasks of intelligent civil aviation construction.Addressing the complexities inherent in the aviation logistics sector such as extended industrial chains,broad stakeholder involvement,fragmented interfaces,divergent operational conditions and environmental constraints,and uneven resource allocation,this paper studies the paradigm shifts,typical application scenarios,challenges,and feasible pathways associated with the digital transformation of aviation logistics during the 15th Five-Year period(2026-2030).Based on the varying transformation objectives,operational environments,and resource allocation profiles across different enterprises,this study summarizes three digital transformation paradigms and their corresponding iterative pathways:the V-Model,the Incremental Model,and the Agile Development Model.A comparative analysis of each model's attributes and applicability to specific scenarios was conducted.Focusing on the key nodes and industry characteristics of aviation logistics,this research examines typical digital transformation scenarios within individual links and the entire process of air logistics,analyzing and sorting out the entry points,implementation paths,and effects of each scenario.On this basis,it systematically analyzes the main challenges faced by the digital transformation of the air logistics industry from five aspects,including data flow,standard systems,balancing short-term and long-term goals,safety risks,and talent reserve and training.Finally,from five aspects,including building link collaboration,improving the standard system,precise resource allocation,safety prevention and control system,and compound talent training,the specific implementation path suggestions for promoting the digital transformation of aviation logistics during the 15th Five-Year period are put forward,which can provide reference for the digital transformation of aviation logistics.关键词
