Revitalizing Teacher Competence:Hidden Concerns and Strategies for Silver-aged Teachers Continued Teaching from the Perspective of Active Aging

Abstract
Active aging serves as a critical conceptual lens for understanding the Silver-Aged Teacher Initiative,where continuing educational en-gagement embodies retired educators'meaningful life choice to actualize active aging principles.Currently,silver-aged teachers encounter systemic,mul-tidimensional risks spanning agentic,relational,spatial,professional,and scholarly domains during educational support and research activities.To ad-vance this initiative with excellence:policymakers must refine institutional frameworks;dispatching institutions ought to optimize support mechanisms;re-cipient schools should construct effective implementation strategies;while the educators themselves must thoughtfully navigate the existential significance of their continued teaching engagement.关键词
