我国18～59岁网民健康信息获取及影响因素分析
Study on the Health Messages Access and Influencing Factors of Chinese Netizens from 18 to 59

Abstract
Objective To understand the degree of attention of Chinese adult netizens to various health topics,the characteristics of information acquisition and the influencing factors,as to provide a scientific basis for health education and communication of relevant government and institutes.Methods For netizens in aged 18 to 59,questionnaires were post through"Wenjuanxing""GDCDCWX"and"gdkxzx"media platforms.Results The survey respondents were most concerned about nutrition and food safety(52.90%),sexual health knowledge(43.97%),and infectious disease knowledge(37.42%),and least concerned about occupational disease prevention and control(3.41%).The frequency of health knowledge acquisition by survey subjects was influenced by the type of medical insurance.A multi factor logistic regression analysis of the population concerned with nutrition and food safety showed that the level of attention to nutrition and food safety information is influenced by gender,age,education level,marital status,medical insurance type,and workplace.Conclusion Relevant departments should continue to strengthen the popularization of hot health topics such as nutrition and food safety.At the same time,they should also strengthen the popularization of low attention topics such as occupational diseases,and enhance the organic integration of online and offline to enhance the coverage of health information for multiple populations.关键词
