Health management research:responding to national strategic guidance and serving people's health needs

Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed advancing the construction of a Healthy China.This paper focuses on the development path of health management under the dual influences of national strategic guidance and the health needs of the population.Against the backdrop of the conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the implementation of the Healthy China 2030 strategy,the study systematically reviews the development trends,core concepts,discipline construction,and practical applications of health management.The paper highlights that health management is a critical pathway for transforming the health sector from a"disease-centered"model to a"health-centered"approach.Its growth is driven by national strategies,diverse resident health demands,and innovations in information technology.Ten core concepts of health management are established,and the progression of the discipline from conceptual introduction to systematic construction is elaborated.Special emphasis is placed on the"533"Health Management Project,which,supported by 5G technology,implements"early screening,early assessment,and early intervention"for the"five high-risk"populations,covering"all populations,all dimensions,and the entire lifecycle."Pilot implementations in over 100 medical institutions nationwide have achieved health information sharing,precise risk prevention and control,and improved intervention outcomes.This research aims to provide theoretical references for advancing health management research and optimizing practical approaches,thereby contributing to the construction of a Healthy China and the high-quality development of the health sector.关键词
