Practice and reflections on mega-discipline construction in the medical system of Minhang District,Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
Discipline construction is the cornerstone of hospital development.How to enhance such construction has been a key theme in scientific research management within medical and health institutions.This paper reviews the practice of mega-discipline construction in the medical system of Minhang District,Shanghai,from 2021 to 2023,summarizing major achievements,analyzing existing challenges,and proposing strategic measures for improvement.The aim is to provide practical experience and reference for the development of medical discipline systems.关键词
