Exploration and practice of hospital contract management from the perspective of high quality development:a case study of a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Zhejiang province

Abstract
Contract management is a crucial component of hospital operational management.This paper analyzes the risks and issues in contract management within public hospitals.Based on the perspective of high-quality development and relevant national policies,taking a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Zhejiang Province as an example,it explores the path to improve the fine management of hospital contracts from three aspects:improving the hospital contract management system and internal control mechanism,increasing contract tracking and supervision,strengthening audit supervision level,and optimizing the contract information management platform.The aim is to provide evidence-based support for elevating hospital contract management standards and promoting high-quality development in public hospitals.Two years of practical experience have shown a significant improvement in contract standardization and timeliness.The selection of procurement methods is more reasonable.The performance process is more standardized,greatly reducing financial and legal risks.The comprehensive quality of contract management personnel has significantly improved.关键词
