国家卫生城市建设公众参与意愿调查问卷的编制研究
Development of a Questionnaire on Public Participation Willingness and Influencing Factors in National Hygienic City Construction

Abstract
Objective To develop a scientifically valid questionnaire for assessing public participation willingness and its influencing factors in Shanghai's National Hygienic City construction,and its reliability and validity were evaluated to provide a robust tool for subsequent research.Methods Through comprehensive literature research,relevant theories and key factors were collated.A multi-disciplinary group discussion was held to determine the questionnaire framework,and the expert consultation method was employed to optimize the questionnaire content.The final questionnaire consisted of 3 parts,5 dimensions,and 21 items.SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0 software were utilized to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The Cronbach's α coefficients of each sub-scale exceeded 0.7,with the total scale reaching 0.925,indicating high reliability of the questionnaire.The exploratory factor analysis indicators showed that the model fitting effect was good.The CR values of all variables were above 0.70,and the AVE values were all greater than 0.5,demonstrating good reliability and validity.Conclusion The questionnaire developed in this study was highly reliable and could be effectively applied to research on public participation in Shanghai's National Sanitary City construction,laying a solid foundation for further exploration of the public's participation willingness and influencing factors.关键词
