摘要

Abstract

To alleviate the labor shortage in the industry and accelerate the implementation and application of AI in the postal sector,this paper first conducts a comprehensive analysis of the mechanism by which AI empowers the development of the postal industry and establishes a complete technical application system for AI-enabled postal services,covering the infrastructure layer,technology layer,and application layer.On this basis,through research methods such as case studies and data analysis,it clarifies the internal mechanism and influencing paths of AI-driven transformation and upgrading in the postal industry.In response to a series of issues faced by the current implementation and application of AI in the postal industry,including inconsistent standards,tight computing power,prominent information silos,limited application scenarios,need to strengthen user privacy protection,shortage of professional talents,and an imperfect innovation mechanism,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions such as building a public service platform for industry-wide basic data,integrating computing power resources,enabling rapid product iteration,strengthening network security,enhancing talent cultivation and improving institutional construction.These suggestions provide a reference for exploring the implementation and application of AI in the postal industry.
