Abstract
Objective To assess the trends and influencing factors of health literacy among residents in Gongshu District,Hangzhou City,evaluate the effectiveness of health education efforts,and inform scientific basis for improving the health promotion intervention measures for residents.Methods The health literacy monitoring data of residents in Gongshu District of Hangzhou City from 2019 to 2023 were collected.The population data of Gongshu District were weighted according to the data of the seventh national population census,and the 5-year literacy level,5-year cumulative growth and average growth rate were calculated.The complex sampling trend Chi-square test and logistic regression were used for statistical analysis.Results From 2019 to 2023,the literacy levels of residents in Gongshu District of Hangzhou were 37.45%,43.05%,45.85%,46.05%and 47.22%,respectively,showing an overall upward trend(χ2t rend=4.555,P=0.033).The cumulative growth in 5 years was 9.77%and the average growth rate was 5.97%.The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that compared with the population with foreign household registration,smoking,65-69 years old,primary school education or below,and with an annual income of less than 50 000 Yuan,the population with local household registration and non-smoking,young population,higher education level and higher income were the promoting factors of health literacy level of residents(all P<0.05).Conclusions The health literacy of residents in Gongshu District,Hangzhou City,has been steadily improving from 2019 to 2023.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the health literacy promotion work of middle-aged and elderly people,smoking,and key groups with relatively low education level.关键词
