2021-2023年金华市15～69岁居民健康素养调查与分析
Survey and analysis on health literacy of residents aged 15-69 in Jinhua City from 2021 to 2023

Abstract
Objective To understand the monitoring results of health literacy of permanent residents aged 15-69 in Jinhua City from 2021 to 2023,and to provide reference for targeted health education and health promotion.Methods A stratified multi-stage random sampling method was used to select 640 residents from each of the 9 counties(cities,districts)of the city every year for investigation and monitoring.Results From 2021 to 2023,5 124 people,5 778 people and 5 646 people were investigated in the city respectively,for a total of 16 548 people in three years.In 2021,2022 and 2023,the health literacy levels of Jinhua residents were 34.64%,38.20%and 40.83%respectively,with statistical significance(χ2=8.258,P<0.01).The average annual level of knowledge and concept from2021 to2023 was higher,49.24%;the average annual levels of skill and behavior were low,30.77%and 38.13%respectively.Among the six types of health problems,the average annual level of basic medical care and infectious disease prevention and control literacy were low,32.32%and 33.41%respectively.The average annual level of safety and first aid was higher,64.33%.The health literacy scores of residents with different characteristics were lower in rural areas(χ2=5.897),low education level(χ2=175.368),and occupation as farmers(χ2=194.589),and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The literacy level of residents in Jinhua City was improving year by year,but the educational level was low and rural residents were at a low level.The literacy of health behaviors and skills were low,and the literacy of basic medical care and infectious disease prevention and treatment were also low.Health and medical institutions should carry out publicity and education for the weak population and the weak link of literacy for knowledge,further improve the health literacy level of residents,and practice healthy behaviors.关键词
