Abstract

The ecological theory of education emphasizes the symbiotic relationship and synergistic effect of the elements in the education system,as well as the maintenance of homeostasis and sustainable development of the education ecology through the self-adaptive adjustment mechanism.Currently,the community education ecology faces multiple challenges,such as endogenous conflicts,exogenous constraints,spatial imbalance and alienation of par-ticipants'roles.In order to solve these problems,the study proposes a comprehensive approach from three dimensions:policy reconstruction,cognitive cultivation and resource integration.At the policy level,strengthen the top-level design and build a government-led,multifaceted and collaborative gov-ernance system to break down barriers in the existing governance pattern.At the cognitive level,cultivate the ecological cognition and community identity of the residents and stimulate the endogenous motivation to participate in community education.At the resource level,relying on digital platforms,a re-source-sharing mechanism is built to promote the fair allocation and efficient utilization of educational resources.Through effective measures,we can acti-vate the participation power of multiple subjects,bridge the structural gap in resource distribution and promote the resilience and sustainable development of the educational ecosystem,thus providing strong support for the construction of lifelong learning society.
