浙江省温州市育龄妇女生殖健康素养水平及影响因素分析
Analysis of reproductive health literacy level and influencing factors among women of childbearing age in Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province

Abstract
Objective Understand the current status of reproductive health literacy among women of childbearing age in Wenzhou City,analyze its influencing factors,and provide scientific basis for formulating targeted reproductive health promotion strategies.Methods From December 2023 to January 2024,a stratified random sampling method was used to conduct an electronic questionnaire survey on reproductive health literacy among women of childbearing age who visited marriage and pregnancy clinics in 12 medical and health institutions in Wenzhou City.The total score,scores in various fields and dimensions of reproductive health literacy were calculated,and non conditional Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of reproductive health literacy level.Results A total of 680 questionnaires were distributed and 671 were collected,with a collection effectiveness rate of 98.7%.The median score of overall reproductive health literacy level for women of childbearing age is 82.04 points,and the total rate of reproductive health literacy is 58.6%(standardized rate 58.9%).The results of single factor analysis showed that there were differences in reproductive health literacy among women of childbearing age of different ages,registered residence,marital status,educational level,occupation,annual personal economic income,pregnancy history,and number of children(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that local registered residence(OR=2.050,95%CI=1.333-3.155),marital status(OR=1.766,95%CI=1.199-2.600),high education level(OR=1.824,95%CI=1.460-2.278),and high annual personal income level(OR=1.654,95%CI=1.230-2.224)were the protective factors for reproductive health literacy of women of childbearing age in Wenzhou City.Conclusions The level of reproductive health literacy among women of childbearing age in Wenzhou City needs to be further improved.It is necessary to actively explore new models and mechanisms for promoting reproductive health services,improve the reproductive health level of women of childbearing age,and promote eugenics.关键词
