健康村社创建对居民健康素养水平影响调查及分析
Investigation and analysis of the impact of the establishment of healthy villages on residents'health literacy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of residents'health literacy level after the establishment of healthy villages,and to analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for improving the ability of health creation and improving the health literacy level of residents.Methods A multi-stage random sampling method was used to select 923 residents of Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City to establish a healthy village community for questionnaire survey and data analysis.Results The overall health literacy rate of residents was 52.87%,which was higher than the pre-establishment level(41.30%)(Z=7.14,P<0.05),and univariate analysis showed that residents'health literacy was associated with age,gender,education level,occupation,local household registration,smoking,drinking,exercise,chronic diseases,salty diet,light diet and self-measured health status(P<0.05);multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that high education level(OR=1.588),male(OR=2.064),31-40 years old(OR=1.203),and occupation as civil servant(OR=1.214)were the promoting factors of residents'health literacy.Chronic diseases(OR=0.433),smoking(OR=0.363),and alcohol consumption(OR=0.629)were the constraints of health literacy level(P<0.05).Conclusions Health creation has improved the health literacy level of residents,but it still should be strengthened in scientific health literacy,health information literacy and infectious disease prevention and control literacy.And should be focused on older people and people with chronic diseases,strengthened health education on tobacco control and alcohol restriction.关键词
